As the New Year, 5787, approaches, Tikva is once again preparing a beautifully wrapped Rosh Hashanah gift to bring joy and sweetness to individuals and families who are facing difficult circumstances.
The past year has been particularly challenging for the Sydney Jewish community. Many families are continuing to cope with increased living costs, financial pressures and the difficulties that have affected so many in our community.
Tikva is preparing to distribute a special Rosh Hashanah gift to 100 families, including honey cakes, honey, candles and a voucher to each recipient. This assistance provides much-needed practical support while also bringing the warmth and joy of the New Year into their homes.
Thanks to your generosity, this gift will brighten the lives of 100 widows, single mothers and their children and families . Your contribution can make a tangible difference, helping provide the essentials they need and, just as importantly, reminding them that they are part of a caring and compassionate Jewish community.

Each gift will be around 300 dollars.
