Funds collected go towards supporting kidney and transplant patients and their carers in Queensland.
Range of Services Include:
- Information and referral
- Support Groups
- Transport (Dialysis and appointments for people coming from rural and remote areas for treatments)
- Hospital Visiting
- Patient and family support for dialysis and transplants
- Transplant Accommodation
- Medical Equipment Loan Programs
- Education Programs
- Hand and Foot Massaging (delivered by wonderful volunteers from the local community)
All funds raised in local areas get put back into the local community.
